ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to LoveInChrist.com, a Service of AmorEmCristo.com. Please read this page carefully. By using the LoveInChrist.com Website (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether or not you register as a member of LoveInChrist.com (“Member”).

Service Access: If you wish to become a Member and make use of the LoveInChrist.com Service (the “Service”), please read these Terms of Use.

Age Requirement: By using this Website, you are indicating that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have the full power and right to enter into this Agreement, and that you agree with and will abide by the terms of this Agreement.

Revisions: AmorEmCristo.com (the "Company") may revise this Agreement at any time without notice. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register. Membership is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You have never been convicted of a felony.
You are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.

ACCOUNT

Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Information and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Unauthorized Use: You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your registration.

Subscription: Your profile and subscription remain active until you choose to cancel.

Refund Policy: Subscribers are not eligible for a refund, or any prorated refund of any portion of subscription fees, for unused time.

PRICING

Free Membership: You may become a Member at no cost to access basic features.

Premium Subscription: In order to access additional features, including the ability to communicate with other Members, you must become a paying subscriber.

INTERACTION

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. NOTICE: LoveInChrist.com currently does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the compatibility or conduct of members.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LoveInChrist.com be liable for any damages whatsoever (direct, indirect, compensatory, etc.) arising out of conduct relating to the use of the service, including bodily injury or emotional distress.

Safety: You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions, especially when meeting offline. Do not provide financial information to other members.

CONDUCT

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications. You must NOT:

Post private, identifiable information in free-text areas.
Use your real name as your "Online Name."
Post copyrighted material or trade secrets without permission.
Post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or hateful.
Post sexually-explicit images or statements.
Post advertisements, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
Impersonate another person.

Reliance on material posted by other users is at your own risk. The Company reserves the right to expel users and remove content that is deemed harmful or objectionable at its sole discretion.

SAFETY & MODERATION

Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior using the Report button on any user's profile. Users can also block other users directly from their profile — blocking takes effect immediately and removes the user from their feed. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in content removal and permanent account suspension.

PRIVACY POLICY

Upon registration, you must provide accurate "Information" (including a valid email).

Disclosure: The Company may save and archive content and may disclose such content if required by law, to protect the safety of the public, or to assist in criminal investigations by law enforcement.

SERVICE

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (temporary or permanent) with or without notice. Adjustments or refunds will be made at the Company's sole discretion in good faith.

SECURITY

Access: The database is for Members only. A Member is one unique user with one unique password.

Password Sharing: If you share your password, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

Violations: Security violations may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute involved users.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Specific prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Posting false or fraudulent biographical information.
Posting a profile for any purpose other than meeting individuals online.
Attempting to breach security or probe system vulnerabilities.
Interfering with service via viruses, "flooding," or "spamming."
Sending unsolicited promotions or forging TCP/IP headers.

TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your registration, delete your postings, or block your access at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

"As Is" Basis: The Website and Material are provided without warranties of any kind.

Risk: Use of the Website is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any costs resulting from the need for servicing equipment or data caused by the use of the site.

Aggregate Liability: Notwithstanding any other provision, the aggregate liability of the Company to you for all claims is limited to one dollar ($1.00) USD.
